I was absolutely impressed with the high level of personalized service I received when getting tested and selecting a hearing aid for the first time. Dr. Roach is very detail oriented and is skilled at explaining how the ear works and how different types of hearing aids work. He responds to questions promptly by phone or email, which is practically unheard of in the medical field. More than anything, I got the feeling that Dr. Roach genuinely cares about his patients and their hearing.
